Creative has been in Morocco since 1998, and is currently accepting applications from senior and mid-level candidates for long-term positions for an anticipated technical and vocational training (TVET) project in Morocco.
Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Labor market/economic/cost-benefit analysis
- TVET policy
- Social and gender integration
- Environmental and social performance
- Infrastructure/engineering assessment
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Procurement, including administration and oversight
- Financial administration and auditing
General Requirements:
- Degree in education or one of the above stated technical fields.
• Minimum of 5 years international consulting experience, preferably in donor-funded environment. - Experience in developing or transition countries, preferably Morocco.
• Demonstrated high level communication and report writing skills in French required. - Strong English and Moroccan Arabic language skills preferred.
