Global Communities is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a final program evaluation for the USAID funded Enabling Market Integration for Rural Group Empowerment (EMIRGE) program in Rwanda. Global Communities is inviting qualified applicants with experience in cooperative development assessments on intervention to conduct a final evaluation. The proposed assessment would measure: the impact of the program on cooperative performance, as well as impact at the individual and community levels, and the effectiveness of other cross-cutting program interventions. The assignment is projected to be approximately 12 days with most work conducted within Rwanda. . Technical proposals are due July 14th, 2017 at 5 PM EST.
