ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader delivering transformative health solutions to strengthen health systems around the world, invites applications from experienced public health professionals to serve as Country Director of the ICAP Zambia country office, based in Lusaka.
The Country Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and technical direction of ICAP’s diverse programs of research, technical assistance and training in Zambia, the optimal use of human, financial and physical resources and full compliance with regulations and requirements of donors as well as Columbia University.
Qualified candidates must possess an MD (or international equivalent) or PhD in public health or related discipline and offer specific experience in public health surveillance, public health program evaluation, or quality improvement. Experience working on or leading projects supported by PEPFAR or the Global Fund is a major advantage.
