Gender DynamiX grew from a one ‘person’s-show’ to a grassroots organisation and progressed to an institutionalised NGO which is leading with example. Not only did GDX play a mentorship role in the Eastern and Southern African emerging trans movement. Since 2005 GDX managed to witness many highlights in a South African trans* emergence. This included individual activism from trans* people in all walks of life contributing with their own initiatives and projects.

VISION
