Position: Head of Sales (EasyBuy), Ghana
Job Location: Accra, Ghana
Reporting to: Global Business Leader, EasyBuy
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Leader reporting directly into the Global Business Leader for our direct EasyBuy business. Ghana is one of the key focus markets for Greenlight Planet offering immense growth potential and long term business prospects.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Build and manage the direct sales distribution channel across the country
- Recruit, develop and manage the direct sales teams
- Ensure 100% compliance to set processes for sales, collections, repossessions and after-sales services (warranty, repairs etc.)
- Set targets and manage the performance of the sales teams
- Drive Field training activity & productivity of Sales Agents
- Develop strong working relations with stakeholders both internally and externally
The ideal Head of Sales:
- Graduate Degree from an accredited University
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- 6+ six years’ sales experience managing distribution and channel driven businesses across Ghana (multiple geographies within the country).
- Experience managing large field sales team is preferable
- Should be willing to travel 15-20 days a month within Ghana.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sharp problem-solving ability, process orientation and capable to drive sales rigor/results.
