Plan International is an independent child-centered international development and humanitarian organization striving for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Plan has no religious, political and government affiliation. For over 80 years, we have supported girls and boys and their communities around the world to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to claim their rights, free themselves from poverty and live positive fulfilling lives. Plan international currently works in 70 countries including Nigeria.

We are currently implementing the Global affairs Canada funded MNCH/FP projects, Bauchi Oportunities for Responsive Neonatal  and Maternal Health  (BORN) and Strengthening Health Outcome for Women and children (SHOW) in Sokoto state.  Our objective  is to contribute to the reduction of maternal, neonatal and child mortality in targeted regions. We ares supporting 219 Health Facilities in 10 LGA of Bauchi State and 244 health facilities in Sokoto state to improve the supply of quality MNCH/ARSH services.

Invitation for Bid

To this end, Plan International Nigeria invites bids from eligible and qualified vendors in the following areas:

  • Procurement of MNCH/FP Equipment  and supplies
  • Printing of health registers, CBHV manual and guidelines
  • Procurement of MNCH drugs
  • Procurement of facility cleaning and waste management equipment and supplies

Alternately, interested vendors/bidders could share their emails addresses at our office addresses shared below and within 24 hours, they will receive  detailed specifications of the items required.

Kindly send in soft copies of the filled excel sheet to [email protected] and print a hard copy to attach as part of your financial bid submission.

Price validity and estimated time to supply must be clearly stated.

All bids must be with the following document as prerequisites for consideration.

Company profile

  • Audited Financial statement for the last three years
  • Evidence of financial capability and banking support
  • Verifiable evidence of two (2) contracts of similar nature and complexity executed successfully in the last three (3) years.
  • Reference list of previous supplies and name/email address and phone number of the contact person for at least three references.
  • Evidence of remittance of Tax for the last three (3) years.
  • Copy of company name and CAC RS number.
  • Technical and financial bid with detailed specification of product, ISO certification and other quality assurance elements, packaging and price.

Method of Application

Bid must be addressed to the Country Director, Plan International Nigeria and submitted in hard copy on or before 3.30pm on 22nd August 2017 to either: [email protected]
