The Learning Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and outreach for the internal, online learning platform (Fintrac University or Fintrac U).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support in all aspects of development, learning, and implementation of Fintrac’s online learning platform; ensures participation and satisfaction of internal clients;
  • Coordinates with Fintrac subject matter experts to re-purpose or build and develop learning materials (e.g. courses, quizzes, PowerPoint presentations, videos), and related functionalities (e.g. webinars, communities of practice);
  • Maintains and manages content delivery process and deadlines (i.e. content deadlines and coordination with in-house communications & IT departments, external videographer, translators, etc.);
  • Works with HR on monthly user engagement metrics, analyzing and distributing to respective parties in the field and home offices; and responds to off-cycle user engagement metrics requests;
  • Monitors Fintrac U expenses and processes vendor invoices; and
  • Assists in research and data collection to support corporate learning initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with coursework in education, adult teaching methodologies, and/or online learning preferred;
  • Relevant professional and/or internship experience in online learning, training, and/or technical/educational materials development;
  • Proven writing, copy-editing, formatting skills;
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, highly-organized with exceptional prioritization and project/time management skills;
  • Committed to quality and accuracy with service and client centric attitude;
  • Adaptable, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and willingness to develop computer skills related to learning platform;
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred;
  • Agricultural or international development knowledge strongly preferred; and
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
