Role overview
The objective of the placement is to improve the quality of services and the competence of paediatric and neonatal department staff. The volunteer also plays an advisory role to hospital management in order to strengthen the operations of the Pediatric ward and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Certificate of speciality or equivalent post graduate clinical training in paediatrics. If it is from the Royal College then the candidate should be above STV5 level of training.
