Bergzicht training seeks to appoint a Recruitment and Placement Officer, based in Stellenbosch.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work placement of students
- Networking with potential employers
- Maintain student movement records and database
- Compilation of monthly statistical reports
- Assist with selection of students
- Facilitate students with job seeking skills
Requirements:
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to write proper management reports
- Fully bilingual: English and Afrikaans / isiXhosa advantage
- Full computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- A Human Resource Management qualification and/or work experience in placements of at least five years is essential.
