About the Role

To increase Oxfam’s programme impact in the region by working closely with country and regional teams to improve programme quality; providing leadership, coordination and strategic support on program design, planning, monitoring, evaluation, learning and partnership. This role works across the spectrum of long-term development, humanitarian and influencing interventions.
We are looking for strategic, experience professional specialist to manage resources and implement strategy in a distinct area in order to achieve specific goals or deliver a high level specialist advisory service; work with reasonable autonomy within established standards but may be required to review and make improvements; and provide front line/operational advice to managers and specialists, influences decisions that can affect OI, Oxfam Confederation and Donors.

In MENA Region, Oxfam works in development, humanitarian, and campaigning, with a large part of the current transformation focused on a more joined-up approach by following the LRRD approach that focuses on supporting emergency humanitarian interventions alongside long term needs of improving policy, governance and resilience that builds on our experience in humanitarian and non-emergency protection and economic justice sectors.

Additional Information
