Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing a discrete work stream, or module, as part of a broader project. The number of work streams varies from project to project, and depends on the size of the team and the scope of the project. Similarly, the number of consultants assigned to a project varies based on the level of complexity of the work.
Senior Consultants frequently manage one or more Consultants; their responsibilities can include:
- Working with Country Directors, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, and clients to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives
- Managing the data collection and analysis
- Developing insights from the analytical process and integrating findings into the broader project work
- Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and client leadership
- Building the relationship between Palladium and the client?s project team
- Providing professional development opportunities and feedback for Consultants
Requirements
Successful Senior Consultants must have an outstanding academic record and demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work well in teams and with clients
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks / work well under pressure
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- BS andor BA required, MSc or MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
