Inherent requirements of the position:

• Target driven
• Ability to cope in a highly pressurized environment
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to type information while simultaneously talking to a client on the phone
• Discrete and confidential
• Excellent people and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as willingness to be part of a team
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good command of the English language
• Excellent spoken command of at least 2 African languages

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Receive and call all new clients received from the field
• Call all new or previously scheduled clients listed on the workflow for that day
• Introduce the client to MMC booking procedures on the first call
• Ensure the client attends appointments and receives contact to ensure their appointments are met
• Assess the client’s level of knowledge regarding medical circumcision by asking them various questions, recording answers and questions they ask
• Confirm the client’s personal details and demographics on the first call
• Check the workflow daily to obtain the list of which clients (new or follow-up) need to be called that day
