As**, Associate Finance Director, WV South Sudan** you will play an advisory role to the Finance & Support Services Director and the rest of the management team on matters related to risk management, internal controls systems and their impact on the operations of the organization.
You will be expected to provide supervision to Zonal Finance Managers and Juba based Grants accountant with a view of ensuring that grants financial support is provided to GAM team and same time donor compliance is achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or a related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
- MBA/MSC is an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of grant regulations and policies accounting principles, financial systems budget/cash flow monitoring and internal accounting controls.
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing and financial reporting requirements preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Work environment: Office-based with travel to the field when called upon.
