Job Summary
The Clinic Registration/Nurse Assistant assists in the screening and registering of Static Medical Unit patients. This position requires travel to various locations in West Guji. The clinic/registration/nurse assistant will participate in Samaritan’s Purse (SP) medical activities and ensure effective and efficient program operations in line with professional principles and SP rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- To register patients and complete initial screening
- Assisting the Mobile Medical Unity medical staff as needed
- Maintain records and organize files of patients
- With a generous and serving spirit perform all other tasks and responsibilities assigned for the benefit of Samaritan’s Purse
Job Requirements
Education / Experience Needed
- Diploma in Clinical Nursing required
- Prior experience as a nurse assistant preferred
Skills Required
- Knowledge of local culture preferred
- Positive and professional attitude, ability to organize, maintain, and prioritize work under pressure in challenging environments
