PURPOSE OF POSITION
- The Field Coordinator will be responsible for timely OVC and HIV Prevention field case management and coordination to enable an active, ongoing process that assists and enables beneficiaries to access services and assure their rights and procedural safeguards.

| 10% | Facilitate comprehensive quality data flow from field | Timely identification and rectification of gaps |
| 10% | Enforce sustained field officers engagement with community cadre | Community cadre supported to deliver interventions |
| 10% | Supports overall project management of the project | Team work |
| 10% | Facilitate beneficiary engagement | Targets reached |

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:

- Bachelor degree in Health field, social sciences, or related course
- Previous experience in Project coordination an advantage
- Demonstrated discretion and good judgment
- Facilitating group activities experience an asset
