We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Senior Management Team. Reporting to the CEO and responsible for a geographically dispersed team, the new Director of Programmes will be eager to contribute to the development of an organisation striving to redefine the role of technical assistance in international development and education.
You will lead the design and delivery of EPG’s entire portfolio of work. This includes establishing and managing relationships with multiple governments and funders, leading and motivating a team of highly professional staff across cultures to deliver outstanding work to all clients, and playing a strategic role in the leadership and growth trajectory of EPG.
You will bring significant professional experience in international development or international consulting, designing and delivering complex projects in education or a related field such as public health.
Outstanding people management, communication skills and relationship building abilities are essential, together with successful experience of working with leaders in government and non-government institutions in low-and middle-income countries. Fluency in French is highly desirable.
Finally, you’ll thrive on being part of an entrepreneurial team working with governments to create real change in education systems, and share our belief that the world cannot afford to lose another generation of children to the education crisis.
