  • Job Description

·Providing the directors with the support needed to move projects forward by assisting with information gathering, drafting and following up on  communications, communicating with different parties, developing and monitoring  plans, and managing the directors’ diaries.

·Overseeing day-to-day operations, which may include and are not limited to tracking budgets, record keeping/knowledge management, vendor relations, travel and event logistics.

·Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner.

·Anticipating needs from the team and identifying opportunities to create processes and systems to streamline workflow.

·Maintains office services by organizing office operations and office requirements, including attending to front office calls and ensuring all queries are addressed.

· Ensuring that all basic accounting processes and payments are done on a timely manner.

·Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely

Required Skills and Qualifications  

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

·Bilingual French and English

·Planning and organizational skills

·Excellent communication skills

·Excellent time management

·Ability to work independently (and possibly remotely)

·2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.

·Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools and familiarity with digital apps.
