Chemonics International Inc. seeks a Grants and Subcontracts Specialist for the anticipated five-year, USAID-funded Tuhifadhi Maliasili Activity in Tanzania. The objective of the Activity is to address key threats to habitat connectivity and biodiversity by implementing a series of interventions that: 1) build the capacity of the public sector and civil society, 2) increase private sector engagement, and 3) strengthen the policy and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementing grants and subcontracts under donor-funded (USAID preferred) programs in Tanzania
- Experience on environmental and/or conservation programs preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili desirable
