Summary Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our ambitious organisation on our continuously developing and expanding journey. Reporting to the Madagascar Operations Director, the role will implement effective and efficient human resource strategies and all its related processes.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, results-driven and reliable individual with meticulous attention to detail. This is a challenging role requiring complex interpersonal, communication and people management skills, offering the successful candidate a rewarding career opportunity.
You will thrive in environments that are dynamic, fast-paced, collegiate and ambitious and be able to demonstrate experience of working independently and solving complex problems in challenging situations. You will have strong communication skills in both English and French.
