CARE ETHIOPIA invites bids from eligible bidders for a consultancy assignment to conduct a baseline study that includes a social norms analysis using a Social Norms Analysis Plot (SNAP) for the project BERHAN – Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights initiative in Amhara region of Ethiopia.

This consultancy assignment will include a baseline study that includes a Social Norms Analysis Plot (SNAP). It will be conducted to provide quantitative and qualitative information on the project’s main objective, outcome and outputs.

All bids shall be accompanied by a valid/renewed license for the year 2012/2013 E.C., TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate. CARE Ethiopia will consider value for money on evaluating the bid.

All separately sealed technical and financial proposals clearly marked as Consultancy Assignment on Baseline Study including SNAP Assessment for the BERHAN Project: should be submitted in person and through hard and soft copies to CARE Ethiopia, Procurement Unit, and Addis Ababa, around 22 Mazoria, behind Lex Plaza building, next to Ha’Geez Cultural Restaurant, not later than 10 working Dates starting from the announcement date.

CARE Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject part and/ or all of the bids.
