ILC Africa is looking for two Junior Fellows to join the organization remotely in a full-time or part-time capacity. The Junior Fellows will be responsible for:

  • Supporting project implementation, monitoring and outreach activities
  • Contributing to the development of proposals, reports and deliverables for submission to donors and clients
  • Supporting information management and the organization of project records
  • Drafting and disseminating key messages on social media and other online platforms
  • Participating in internal and external meetings as needed

Applicant requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Relations, International Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (may be waived if currently pursuing a Post-graduate/Master’s degree)
  • Superior writing skills with capabilities/confidence to draft report summaries and proposal/grant sections using compelling language
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
