ME to WE measures the bottom line not by dollars earned, but by the number of lives changed and the positive social and environmental impact made. Half of ME to WE’s net profit is donated to WE Charity. The other half is reinvested to grow the enterprise and its social mission.

WE is looking for an M&E Coordinator.

The positions will be based in Narok County, Kenya

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the M&E team to help collect and compile information required
  • Be able to work independently and in coordination with other departments to capture the following in regards to WE Villages happenings:
  • Accurate information
  • Reports
  • Pictures
  • Testimonials
  • Work with the Reporting and M&E team to consolidate information and reports for donor needs
  • Be able to help analyze, compile and dissect the impact of set outcomes, objectives and indicators set per department
  • Be an ambassador for the values of the organization at all times

Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 3 + years’ experience in Reporting/Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with M&E tools
  • Diploma/Degree in M&E or related subject matter
  • Excellent computer and project reporting skills
  • Creative story telling skills are a plus
  • Riding a motorcycle is a plus
  • Experience using a camera a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Honesty
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills
