         Provide programme support to the Technical Advisor – SI ensuring that all

      MER documents are properly filed and are available.

·         Work with partners to finalize partner organization MER plans.

·         Facilitate review of Q4 reports and ensure timely submission by partners

      and proper tracking of progress towards achieving the programmes set

      targets, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the reporting

      systems as per USAID/ PEPFAR formats/ requirements.

·         Provide support to the LINKAGES and to partners on any MER related close

      out activities and requirements.

·         Consolidate data collection tools used by partners.

·         Arrange site visits and meetings with partners and provide information to

      the team on monthly work plans.

·         Assist in organizing MER presentations and workshops including

      development of materials and manuals. This includes initiating, organizing,

      participating in and/or conducting training sessions and workshops

·         Finalize a schedule for the production of the LINKAGES annual report and

      provide support in writing the MER section of the report.

·         Write a variety of documents and analytical reports, e.g. data summaries,

      workshop reports, etc.

·         Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to

      time
