Overview of position
We are currently, seeking for a Project/Operations Manager Warehouse Support Services to oversee operations at the Juba warehouse center. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The Project/Operations Manager Warehouse must manage and oversee the warehouse operations and ensure the well-being of the activities at every level. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously. Role objectives
- Accomplishing warehouse operation by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching employees
- Overseeing distribution, warehousing, and shipping
- Meeting warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures
- Developing warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage
- Managing warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees
- Developing warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems
- Developing warehouse operation systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes
- Achieving warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies
- Project lead for transitioning the product from old location to new location
- Strong knowledge of material flow
- Must maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

Key competencies
Qualifications and Experience:
· High School certificate / diploma in the relevant sectors
· Three or more years of experience in warehouse related services
· Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
· Strong program/project management skills
· Must have excellent customer service attitude and people skill
· Exceptional time management and planning skills
Languages:
· Fluency in English
· Knowledge in Arabic is an asset

This role has no team management responsibilities.
