About the Opportunity
ARFADA is currently seeking to establish a pool of qualified multi-sectoral consultants and trainers in Sudan to provide consulting and training services on an as-needed basis across various thematic areas.
This consultant and trainer pool aims to strengthen ARFADA’s capacity to respond to diverse client needs with specialized expertise and flexible engagement modalities.
- WASH expert.
- Protection, GBV, CP expert.
- Shelter expert.
- Education expert.
- Multi Purposes Cash Assistant ( MPCA) expert.
- Livelihood expert.
- Food security including Livestock expert.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or higher degree associated with each sector ( e.g. master in engineering for WASH expert… etc)
At least 5 years of experience in Afghanistan, including the understanding of emergency contexts, and in a humanitarian environment in addition to, experience in writing and production of reports, policy analysis/briefs, and publications.
The knowledge of the IHL, humanitarian principles, humanitarian system, transformative agenda, and issues impacting humanitarian action is requested.
Language: Fluency in English in addition to proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
– In coordination with the team lead, the experts will contribute to the evaluation/ Monitoring / Research design including making inputs related to sectors in the inception report and the development of tools.
– Advise on the analysis plans.
– Contribute to the report writing and development of the inputs (according to sectorial- experience) including recommendations.
– Contribute to implementing the project’s activities (designing policies, writing the required reports… etc)
