Production and Marketing Team Lead
GOAL is seeking a full time Production and Marketing Team Lead for an exciting opportunity focused on building resilience among pastoral communities in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working on large-scale development programmes related to livestock, crop production, and marketing.
Knowledge and experience of systems strengthening approaches, working with government and private sector, and improving access to financial services is essential.
Of particular importance is expertise with pastoral-specific research, extension, market facilitation, and natural resource management. Experience working in Ethiopia and experience working on multi-annual projects funded by institutional donors – especially USAID – will be distinct advantages.
Salary: Competitive
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with travel to field sites.
