Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Planning Project Resources, make a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy.
  2. Contribute in Defining the project’s scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project’s progress.
  3. Budget, figuring out the project’s proper funding, keeping the project within that figure. Figuring out what the proper funding spend as compared to the planned budget.
  4. Carrying out the risk assessment, by tracking, resolving, communicating and managing Issues and Risk, being ready for any risks and work towards resolving them quickly, so as they don’t take your project off-track.
  5. Monitor the potential problems, figure out beforehand what the risks are and set in place a plan of action if they in fact occur.
  6. Monitoring Progress, to make sure a project is progressing as planned, measure it and compare those metrics against the plan you created.
  7. Evaluating the success of the project against it’s benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations’ or project managers.
  8. Report and Documentation, Report broader data to check the project’s progress.
  9. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  10. Communicate with the various partners and maintain stakeholders to ensure the workflow smoothness.
  11. Manage the project team to deliver on the project strategy, providing leadership and guidance and ensuring that the team is in line with project policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Certification as a project management professional (PMP) is a must.
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in the same field.
  • MBA is an added value.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Time & Risk Management skills.
  • Math and Budgeting knowledge to keep and maintain a budget.
  • Analytical Skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Quantitative and qualitative skills
