Job Description
General Management:
– Have a global and
strategic vision for the whole Association
– Ensuring the effective
and efficient allocation of association’s resources with special focus on staff
– Overseeing and recognizing
the Association’s needs and priorities, both structural and day-to-day, and
define strategies
– Keep the Procedures
Manual updated
– Ensuring that the
information shared online and in physical format is up to date and organized (ex:
Dropbox, Drive)
Volunteering program coordination:
– Management
of volunteer platforms
– Preparation
and reception of volunteers in the field
– Coordinate
volunteer’s calendar
– Management
of volunteers in the field (ex: schedules, specific needs)
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in English and
Portuguese
