The Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association is a non-profit organisation that provides care, training and support services to people with disabilities.
The Association seeks to appoint a Protective Workshop Manager to be based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Protective Workshop Programme
- Implement predetermined norms and standards
- Financial management including budgeting and costing
- Planning for financial sustainability
- Human Resource Management
- Liaise with various government departments in terms of adherance to legislation and policies for Protective Workshops
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ management experience – preferably in the NGO sector
- Post School qualification in Operations Management
- Creative Thinking and problem solving
- Valid Code 8 Drivers
- Verbal and written skills
- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
