The Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association is a non-profit organisation that provides care, training and support services to people with disabilities.

The Association seeks to appoint a Protective Workshop Manager to be based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Protective Workshop Programme
  • Implement predetermined norms and standards
  • Financial management including budgeting and costing
  • Planning for financial sustainability
  • Human Resource Management
  • Liaise with various government departments in terms of adherance to legislation and policies for Protective Workshops

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ management experience – preferably in the NGO sector
  • Post School qualification in Operations Management
  • Creative Thinking and problem solving
  • Valid Code 8 Drivers
  • Verbal and written skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
