Neem Foundation chooses to follow a competitive proposal process for the selection of a company to implement this contract. We believe that competitive proposals are the only way to fairly select the best company for the job while ensuring good process and preventing collaboration and corruption. Upon receipt of the request for proposal, please read the instructions carefully and prepare a proposal as described. The completed proposals must be submitted to Neem Foundation on or
before 15 July 2019.

Neem Foundation invites proposals for the services described and summarized in these documents, and in accordance with procedures, conditions and contract terms presented herein. Neem Foundation reserves the right to vary the quantity of work/materials specified in the Tender Package without any changes in unit price or other terms and conditions and to accept or reject any, all, or part of submitted offers.

Standardized services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal with the minimum specifications described above and any other annexes providing details of Neem Foundation’s requirements.

The Proposal that complies with all of the specifications, requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.

Neem Foundation is currently planning to commence the implementation of programme that supports women and children in Bama
and Damboa Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno State, and would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the provision of 2 rental vehicles to Neem Foundation for a duration of 16 months as per specification below:
