We are looking for Evaluation Experts (Child Rights; particularly child marriage and female genital mutilation) in West and Central Africa Region (WCAR), specifically in Five Countries (Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Niger and Nigeria).

Following are the key requirements for the Potential Experts;

ØAdvance university degree relating to social sciences (relevance to Child Protection or Social Work is required);

ØPrior experience working on drafting evaluation and/or evidence-based research would be highly desirable;

ØMust be familiar with Community Engagement and Child Protection programming and Evaluation Approaches

ØGood work experience in rural communities of West Africa

ØFluency in both English and French

ØGood knowledge of UNICEF approaches;

ØGood knowledge of results-based programme management;

ØPrevious related evaluations in C4D-related areas will be an asset.
