Bright Future Initiative (BFI) is a non- profit making and non- partisan organization established in 1999 with the purpose of improving the lives of marginalized urban and rural communities especially women, children and youth through capacity building, rehabilitation, education, livelihood support and psychosocial services. Bright Future Initiative (BFI) is registered with Federal Charities and Societiesand is operating as per the legal framework of Federal Charities and Societies Agency.
Currently, BFI is looking for a consultant(s) to undertake a mid-term evaluation for “Selale Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) project”, which is funded by the Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM). BFI has been implementing this project since 1st January 2018 in Chancho, Muketuri and Debre-Tsige in Semien Shewa of Oromia Region. The project aimed to contribute towards the improvement of the lives of persons with disabilities and disadvantaged community members in Ethiopia through livelihood support, education, health and social empowerment.
Job Requirements
Firms or individuals who are interested to undertake the task are required to submit:
- Evidence of previous work related to evaluating Community based rehabilitation projects and/or disability inclusion focused developmental projects;
- A Taxpayer Registration Number (TIN) for individuals, or a currently renewed Business License and Registration of Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate for firms;
- A Technical Proposal (maximum 2 pages);
- A Financial Budget (1 page);
- The consultant (s) is expected to engage at least three persons in the data collection process so as to finalize the assignment in the expected time frame.
