RTI is seeking a Senior Laboratory Advisor to provide high-quality technical assistance to ensure that the portfolio of program activities contributes to the national HIV/AIDS strategic goals and targets. the incumbent will serve as the technical expert in laboratory services to establish priorities, policies and targeted strategic plan.

Requirements: Must have: Bachelor Degree in Laboratory sciences. 4 years of clinical laboratory experience with progressive responsibilities 5 years of international laboratory and HIV/AIDs experience.5 years of experience as technical advisor in an international setting. 5 years with PEPFAR programs. Training in public health laboratory management. Member of international Laboratory professional society. This position is open to qualified Namibian Nationals only.
