Role and Responsibilities

Will be Responsible for preparing and implementing social projects and providing services to target groups to meet their needs in addition to managing sponsorships and orphans’ affairs. Key responsibilities include among others

Ø Initial audit of candidate lists to benefit from income-generating projects, seasonal projects and sponsorships and provide decision of enrollment to system.

Ø Preparation of periodic expenses reports for the sponsors and submitting them to the office accountant to complete the procedures.

Ø Preparing individual reports of beneficiaries by categories according to the approved procedures and ensuring that all data in the reports is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualification & Experience

Ø Arabic Proficiency is mandatory and English language is secondary

Ø Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education Sciences.

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the provision of social services with humanitarian and non-profit organizations.

Languages & Other Skills

Arabic, English, Amharic.
