Job Summary: Assist the Store Keeper in managing the project’s supplies from the point of reception from suppliers to the end point of the user. He/ She works to ensure up to date stores records, inventories and stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications Skills and Competencies
- A diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in similar or higher position.
- Experience working in an NGO is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point and Word)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- High degree of integrity and analytical skills
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Ability to manage competing tasks;
- Ability to prioritise and produce high level output consistently
