Job Summary: Supervise all activities within the spare parts store. Be responsible for the passage of all goods through the store, record and maintain relevant stock levels and ensure safe and efficient storage and packing of all items in line with AAH Uganda and donor guidelines.

Qualifications Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in similar or higher position.
  • Experience working in an NGO is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point and Word)
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • High degree of integrity and analytical skills
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Ability to manage competing tasks;
  • Ability to prioritise and produce high level output consistently
