Tetra Tech International Development Services headquartered in Arlington, VA, (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev), is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified Driver candidates for the USAID-funded Egypt Integrated Water Solution Support Technical Assistance Activity (IWSSTA).
The purpose of the Integrated Water Solution Support Technical Assistance (IWSSTA) activity is to support the recent reform efforts by the Government of Egypt (GOE) to help promote sustainability of the Water and Wastewater Sector.
Tetra Tech is recruiting for up to three positions that will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
* Drive, maintain, and service the project vehicles in keeping with the highest safety standards;
* Ensure proper long-term and day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of all vehicles, including checking oil and other fluids, battery, brakes, tires, and other critical equipment;
* Perform pick-ups, deliveries, repairs and makes purchases of office supplies as directed by supervisor;
* Keep log of vehicle use, maintenance, and service;
* In coordination with Office Manager and Logistics Coordinator, make all necessary arrangements and reservations for meeting and field trips for project staff members;
* Keep office and project vehicles secure in accordance with office and vehicle security procedures.
Qualifications:
* High School Certificate;
* Clean Egyptian drivers’ license
* Egyptian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
