Crown the Child Africa
Crown the Child Africa is a Kenya registered small international NGO that works in partnership with donors to provide help to communities through their registered CBOs. The organization was first registered in May 2006 (Kenya) as Christian Child Care (CCI) and has been in existence for 8 years. The name recently changed to Crown the Child Africa. The workforce is made up of 80% women, and the Board is also 80% women. It is also woman led. CCA works in 7 counties in Kenya, and also supports donor programs in Tanzania, Zambia and Ghana. CCA is Kenya NGOs Coordination Board compliant.
The focus is on, economic and gender empowerment, child education, nutrition & health, water and sanitation, agriculture & environment. We seek to guide towards holistic development of peoples particularly the African woman.
