Job Description

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Post entries which have been authorized as per the laid down procedures
  • Get confirmation on Large Transactions from originating Heads of Departments, where in doubt
  • Escalate any Suspicious Instructions or Payments to Banking Operations Manager as appropriate
  • Manage the loan processing function to ensure effective turnaround time, quality of loan documentation, and control over loan creation
  • Maintain quality control on the day to day operations in the Unit, freely share views on the areas with controls lapses
  • Close all exceptions raised by either Internal Auditors or External Auditors within set timelines.
