Job description
LifeCo UnLtd development pipeline is aimed at developing, finding, selecting, supporting and working with emerging impact entrepreneurs in South Africa. Working across a geographical region in (in this instance the Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga), the incumbent will be required to:
- Manage the search and selection process of potential early stage Impact Entrepreneurs
- Identify the needs of selected early stage Impact Entrepreneurs in achieving ambitious social/environmental impact, operational, revenue, and/or financing targets.
- Assess progress against the entrepreneurs’ development plans.
- Work with stakeholders to leverage resources to provide support to the impact entrepreneur.
- Have a deep understanding of the social economy, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship
- Multi-task and able to review and interpret financial information
