ACVV is a nonprofit organisation that provides emergency relief, primary health care and educational services to comprehensive social work and child protection services for children and older persons. Over decades we have expanded our footprint from a few women to one of the largest welfare organisations in South Africa.
ACVV seeks to appoint a Social Worker, based in the Western Cape.
Salary and benefits negotiable within the scales of the ACVV.
Requirements:
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professionals (SACSSP)
- Knowledge of Early Intervention and statutory social work
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Certified copy of identity document
- Police clearance certificate
- Speak and writing skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Practical experience of Child Protection Services
- Computer Skills
