Un Coordinateur Plaidoyer au Tchad - Action Contre la Faim France, April 2024

Sous la supervision de l’Adjoint Directeur Pays Programmes, vous êtes en charge de définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de plaidoyer de la mission, en lien avec les enjeux de plaidoyer internationaux d’ACF. Votre objectif est de promouvoir la stratégie technique, opérationnelle et humanitaire par des changements du cadre politique et institutionnel national et maximiser l’impact d’ACF. Vos objectifs se déclinent autour de plusieurs axes :

Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie pays
Mettre en œuvre la Stratégie Plaidoyer au niveau national
Assurer la Représentation externe
Contribuer à l’expertise Plaidoyer d’ACF au niveau global
Manager une équipe

Le candidat : De formation humanitaire ou généraliste type science politique, vous bénéficiez de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire ou valorisation d’expérience en plaidoyer (dans un autre domaine).

Vous avez un intérêt démontré pour les approches intégrées multisectorielle, santé & nutrition, sécurité alimentaire et EAH, santé mentale et pratiques de soins. Vous faites preuve d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles dans le cadre d’écriture de proposition de financement, rapport bailleur, rapport de capitalisation ; Vous avez acquis de l’expérience en en mobilisation des acteurs externes (société civile, autorités nationales etc.).

Vous êtes un manager reconnu pour le suivi et l’accompagnement de vos équipes. Vous faîtes preuve d’une bonne capacité de résistance au stress.

Excellente maîtrise du Français indispensable à l’écrit et à l’oral, un très bon niveau d’anglais oral et écrit est également requis.

Conditions :

Rémunération de 1800 à 2300€ bruts mensuels selon expérience

Prise en charge du transport, des frais de bouche et d’hygiène, hébergement individuel ou collectif, mutuelle

5 semaines de congés payés et 20 JRTT par an Accent
