Summary of Job Description:

He/she will have the following duties and responsibilities:

·         Manage all staff contracts and ensures all staff documentation are properly filed

·         Submit and follow up with staff medical insurance claims

·         Track staff leave

·         Keep proper documentation and registration of incoming/outgoing letters

·         Assist staff in the proper arrangement of the office and the removal of unnecessary documents/items

·         Assist storekeepers to keep track of all supplies received and issued

·         Assist program staff in the preparation for meetings and trainings

·         Provide secretarial assistance to all staff in the office

·         Perform any other activities assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification:   BA or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:     Minimum of five years of relevant office experience

Additional/Desired Requirements:

·         Previous NGO experience

·         Willingness to travel and work in remote areas during field work

·         Good computer skills, particularly in data management and MS Office

·         Recommendation letter from the most recent employer

·         Able to present release letter from current employer in two weeks after job offer

·         Able to speak local language of the area /Agnua/
