Through consultancy, supply chain management and financial services, we help countries grow their economies, strengthen their health systems and improve financial management.

For many years Crown Agents was a British public corporation. In 1997 we transferred to the private sector as a limited company owned by a new entity - The Crown Agents Foundation. Members of the Foundation are companies and other international organisations with a keen interest in our activities. We operate at all times to the highest standards of integrity and transparency and bring an agile and resourceful approach to complex situations.

Incorporated as a private limited company Crown Agents Ltd has only one shareholder - the Crown Agents Foundation, a not-for-profit company. Crown Agents Ltd's registered office is in Sutton in Surrey, 11 miles southwest of central London.[4]
