Solutions CRM (SCRM) is a multi-national company registered in Germany and Türkiye, specializing in third-party monitoring, third-party evaluation, research, assessments (sectoral, multi-sectoral, technical, capacity, etc.), engineering studies, capacity building, advisory services, and risk management. We have over 250+ consultants and experts worldwide who play a key role in confirming our technical and wide knowledge capabilities. This diverse knowledge is meant to introduce global experiences into shaping and enhancing the quality of our deliverables both locally and internationally. Our global experts come from different sectors including, but not limited to, humanitarian, development, early recovery, business development, Sustainable Development Goals SDGs, and other critical sectors and fields.

Objective of the partnership:
SCRM are expanding their global presence and is aiming to strengthen their local country level presence via local legally registered companies, Firms and/or organizations, therefore, the objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to request interest from firms to provide professional services to undertake data collection. This Expression of interest outlines the essential requirements for data collection firms and the scope of work involved. Detailed information regarding the scope of work, terms and conditions, timelines, and methodology will only be provided to firms shortlisted based on the selection criteria outlined in this EOI.

Requirements:
1- Lead, manage and report on all data collection activities of the project on the ground.
2- Develop data quality protocols and conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data collected.
3- Conduct a comprehensive review and contextualization exercise of all instruments and research protocols that will be used in the field.
4- Translate and back translate of the surveys and protocols from English to the local language.
5- Programme and pre-test the programmed surveys for data collection in the field.
6- Conduct community entry by obtaining necessary local permits required for the study and manage community exit procedures to close the project after data collection.
7- Develop field protocols to guide field work. These include, but are not limited to, protocols on research ethics during field work, protocols to guide data collection, field team training protocols, quality control protocols and troubleshooting protocols.
8- Recruit local and experienced staff on the project specifying their roles and responsibilities in the project.
9- Hire field team to conduct data collection activities effectively.
10- Provide a work plan and timelines on the data collection activities.
11- Participate in regular meetings and field visits as agreed upon by all partners.

Key Competencies:
Firms expressing interest in this assignment must demonstrate that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to undertake the assigned tasks. Shortlisting will be based on an analysis of the following information:
• Be legally registered in the country you are based in and hold active registration with a physical office.
• Previous experience in conducting data collection activities.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic data collection tools like KOBO COLLECT.
• Evidence of successfully completing data collection, supported by references from previous clients or partners, to showcase capability and reliability (# of total FGDs, KIIs and surveys conducted).
• Ability to implement robust data quality assurance measures ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of collected data, including expertise in data cleaning techniques, error detection protocols, and validation checks.
• Knowledge of the local context, including cultural norms, community dynamics, and geographical landscape, to facilitate efficient interaction and rapport-building with study participants and stakeholders.
• Have Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud and Conflict of Interest policies and actively enforce them.
• Have PSEAH policy, actively enforce it, and have been assessed according to the Harmonized PSEAH Capacity Assessment Tool OR have no objections to being assessed according to the tool.

Submission process:
Expression of interest (EOI) must include the following:
• Company profile, addressing all key competency areas identified above
• Financial statement for the past two years or proof of previous contracts organized in an excel file and supported by scanned signed contracts
• At least three past projects including client, contract value description, date
• References from previous clients
• Certificate of Registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
