As the Integrated Programs Director, you will provide leadership in program development, implementation and management in all programs including grants, sponsorship and Hostile Environment Awareness (HEA). You will also ensure program quality, integration, coordination and alignment to WV Mauritania strategy, policies and partnership & donors standards for the achievement of child well-being aspirations.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s Degree in Economic Development, Community Development, Sociology, Agriculture or related field
  • Demonstrated cumulative experience of 8 years in programming management
  • At least 5 years in leadership position in program development
  • Experience in working with donor funds, sponsorship operations and grants funding
  • Good verbal and written skills in French is essential, English is required
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 40% of time
