CALL FOR TENDER NOTICE

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is inviting suppliers of supplies and services below to submit offers for each lot below for frameworks agreements for the year 2022-2024

INCOTERMS/Delivery point: DDP – ACTED Nairobi office, Kalamu House 4th Floor left wing , Grevillea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.

The Bidding Documents (in English) can be requested for free by sending a requisition email to [email protected]

All bids must be submitted before On 12-08-2022 at 5:00PM by E-mail to [email protected], Cc [email protected].

Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 17-08-2022 in ACTED representative office in Nairobi, KENYA: Kalamu House, Grevillea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi at 9:30 am (Nairobi Time). The presence of Bidders at the tender opening session will not be allowed based on the Kenyan Government and ACTED’s directives towards social gatherings. All Bidders will be notified on the outcome of the opening via [email protected] once completed.
