The administration Front desk intern will support the Reception duties and human resource duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
Front Desk
· Perform receptionist duties.
· Prepare for meetings and workshops.
· Distribute/file all incoming mail.
· Support in planning and coordinating of staff trainings.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Human Resource
· Collaborate with the human resource office to ensure timesheets are submitted on a time from all staff.
· Assist in longlisting of candidates and interview preparation.
· Support in the induction of new starters.
· Organizing of meetings including taking minutes during departmental meetings.
· Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
· Filling of HR and Administration documents.
