1. In-depth knowledge of UNHCR Programme Systems and Processes, including Compass and Cloud ERP particularly in contexts requiring regular reporting, data consolidation, and donor engagement.
2. Solid background in managing direct implementation activities using an MFT approach including cash-based interventions, health and shelter assistance.
3. At least two year of field experience in managing UNHCR NGO partnerships, strategically ensuring stakeholder alignment with established guidelines and procedures as well as UNHCR strategic directions.
4. Expertise in managing UNHCR budgets and donor funds, ensuring effective resource allocation in accordance with donor earmarking, in close collaboration with Protection and External Relations units and Field Offices.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating adaptability to changing workplace circumstances, fostering a team-building spirit, and maintaining respect for all colleagues.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in clear and professional communication in both English and French, adeptly tailoring messages to diverse audiences. Arabic is an asset.
7. Commitment to delivering work with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring strict compliance with standards and guidelines.
8. Proven track record in team leadership, consistently driving high-quality outcomes and fostering team cohesion. Experience in capacitating national staff including through mentoring and coaching.
