The Refugee Consortium of Kenya (RCK), established in 2000, is dedicated to protecting and promoting the well-being, voice, and dignity of displaced and host populations. With five strategic pillars—legal aid and governance, peace and social justice, women and girls’ empowerment, mental health and psychosocial support, and organizational development—RCK is positioned to lead in inclusive humanitarian work.

As part of its 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, RCK aims to enhance disability inclusion, building on its existing Disability Mainstreaming Policy. 2. Purpose and Objectives of the Consultancy

2.1 Purpose

RCK seeks to engage a qualified individual or consultancy firm that will provide tools for the organization in order to 1. integrate disability inclusion across all its strategic pillars, 2. Consolidate relevant policies into Diversity Inclusion Equity and Belonging Policy. This we intend to ensure alignment with RCK mission and global standards. This consultancy aims to embed disability-inclusive practices that enhance RCK’s impact and sustainability.

2.2 Specific Objectives
